4. Demo Submissions
By submitting a demo, music, or any creative material through our contact form, you confirm that :
• You are the rightful owner of the work or have authorization to submit it;
• Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights;
• You grant Inside Music the right to listen to, review, and internally evaluate the submission for potential collaboration.
Submitting a demo does not create any contractual relationship, employment, or obligation on our part. We are not obligated to respond to submissions, and we do not commit to confidentiality regarding ideas, concepts, or musical elements that are not protected by copyright. We strongly recommend you only send finalized works protected by copyright.
5. Online Shop
The Site offers physical products (vinyl records, merchandise) for sale. All purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern pricing, payment, delivery, returns, and warranty rights. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and product descriptions at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design — is the property of Inside Music or its licensors and is protected by French and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
